J+S = Engaged!  Boeger Winery Engagement Session, Donna Beck Photography, Sacramento Wedding Photographer

This fun filled engagement session was held at Boeger Winery, east of Sacramento in the Sierra Foothills.   It’s one beautiful location with many trees, benches and grapevines surrounding the winery.

When I walked into the winery I found Joe and Shannon already snuggled up at the bar having a glass of the 2011 Pinot Gris.  Right then and there I knew we’d get along just fine!

After chatting for a bit we headed out to the picnic area and J+S continued to taste their newly found favorite wine as we had some fun.  We even stumbled across some props used for an event the days before and couldn’t resist to put them to use.

I can’t wait for their wedding this summer!  It’s going to be held at a beautiful church in downtown Sacramento with an outdoor reception to follow.  Congrats J+S!
