Ben and Ericka were already married when they came to me and asked for wedding pictures. Strange, huh? Nope, unfortunately it happens more than you’d think. This beautiful couple was lucky enough to get married in Hawaii! But unlucky in the sense they did not have a great experience with their photographer. So they were having a mainland reception that photography wasn’t part of their plan before, but became the plan once they realized they didn’t have pictures they loved from their wedding day on the big island.
I was thrilled to be a part of this day. It included the whole family…a big family that I was fortunate enough to capture pictures of together. We also got getting ready pictures, formal pictures and party pictures. It was just like a wedding, we even watched a video of the ceremony which included a gentleman that conducted the ceremony that looks like he just stepped out of a luau. It was awesome.
And sitting with the family and viewing the final images was an amazing experience. To give the gift of pictures a family loves is priceless. It’s why I love doing what I do!

We will never be able to truly express how grateful we are to you!! When we went back to Maui to use a company we used for our 25th vow renewal we never knew we wouldn’t get the same quality we did 5 years ago for the important event of Ericka and Ben’s wedding. The photograher was very nasty and indignant…hoping she would be a great photographer…wrong… then we found you!!! Look what we got!!!! So many pictures we are having trouble choosing our favorites because so many of them are!!!! You captured so many priceless moments and in such creative ways!!! You are very talented and on top if it you made sure everyone else could take pictures as well!!!! You are the best!!!! Had we known what we did then we would have just taken you to Maui to do the pictures there…but again you gave us a second chance for Ericka and Ben to capture their love and family and memories. Not to mention the fun photobooth pictures. You just fit right in and were soo much fun!!!! You deserve the honor of being recommended on “the knot”. If anyone wants a great photographer here is a gem right here….look no further!!!!
